4. Physical Goods

From time to time, QualiNavigator may offer branded materials or printed publications for sale.

5. Refund Policy

Our policies differ based on the type of purchase:

5.1 Services

• Rescheduling: You may request a new session time up to 48 hours before the scheduled start. Please contact us via Contact Form.
• Refunds: Due to the customized nature of our sessions, fees are not refundable once a session has begun. Early cancellations may be considered for credits toward future sessions at QualiNavigator’s discretion.

5.2 Information Products

• Access: Digital guides are provided immediately online.
• Refunds: If you have not downloaded or opened the material, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After accessing the content, all sales are final.

5.3 Physical Goods

• Send-Backs: Unused items in original condition may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Contact us via Contact Form to obtain a send-back authorization.
• Refunds: Once the sent-back item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refundable.

6. Payment Methods

We accept major debit and credit options. You are responsible for any charges applied by your provider.
